            About PG&E’s Rate Request 
           
             
            The CPUC is holding a Public  Participation Hearing in Richmond on PG&E’s 2017 General Rate Case request  to increase its rates, effective January 1, 2017. This free public meeting will  be on Monday, July 18, 2016, 7 p.m., at Courtyard Richmond, 3150 Garrity Way,  in Richmond.
            If PG&E’s rate request is approved by the CPUC,  PG&E would increase revenue $333 million in 2017, followed by an additional  increase of $469 million in 2018 and, an additional increase of $368 million in  2019.  
            Please bring your comments – and your neighbors! – to  express your views to the CPUC about PG&E’s request to increase its rates.  What do you think of PG&E’s service? What are your thoughts on PG&E’s  rate request? The CPUC wants to hear from you!
