			  - The  first PDF file is the “Agenda Item Request Form,” which simply repeats the  description of the item on the Agenda.
- The  second PDG file is the “Agenda Report,” which is typically a staff report  describing the item in detail. If you were going to look at just ne document,  this would be the one.
- Other  PDF files are typically backup information, draft resolutions or draft  ordinances.
 
			Some  items of particular interest on next Tuesday’s Agenda include:
			
			
			  - Reject  bids for the Brad Moody Underpass and attempt to resolve the funding impasse  with the State Department of Finance
- Award  a contract to construct a new pedestrian bridge at Booker T. Anderson Park.
- Award  a contract to replace street light circuits in the May Valley and Park View  Neighborhoods.
- Adopt  the second reading of an ordinance creating a Community Choice Aggregation  Program and joining Marin Energy Authority.
- Award  a contract to upgrade streetlights with LEDs on Cutting Boulevard, Richmond  Parkway, Castro Street, 23rd Street and San Pablo Avenue.
- Award  a sixth marijuana dispensary permit to Granddaddy Purp Collective.
- Prepare  an amendment to the municipal code requiring disclosure of campaign  contributions and limiting voting by councilmembers who have received  substantial campaign contributions.
- Consider  donation $7,000 to the North Richmond Blues Festival.
